1. Customer is the owner of freight transported and has authority to enter this agreement.
  2. Fuller Express, Inc.  "Fuller Fast " does not guarantee freight to arrive any faster.  Absolutely No Safety Rules or  Laws will be broken to speed the process up.
  3. The customer should provide alternate contact in case of delay for whatever reason at pick-up and delivery
  4. There is no guaranteed scheduling for pickup and delivery obvious factors are weather, traffic, etc.
  5. If freight is not in stated length or width it is subject to price changes.
  6. Customer agrees that freight contain none of the following (firearms, hazardous materials, household goods, or illegal substances).  Contents are subject to search by State & Federal Police including the DOT.
  7. Customer is free to cancel or change dates on this order with no penalty as long as Fuller Express, Inc has not been dispatched to pickup or rendered any services.  Customer agree to pays $125.00 for late cancellation.
  8. Customer has reviewed Invoice Order & agrees that giving his shipping and purchase info and or credit card number to Fuller Express, Inc. via phone or internet constitutes verbal authorization to proceed and all terms and conditions apply
  9. Truck will get as close as legally and safely as possible if address is not truck or trailer friendly.
  10.   Driver will charge for loading or unloading times over 25 minutes at a rate of $125 an hour.  Unless previously notified.
  11. Stated condition of package will be signed for upon pick up and delivery.  Fuller Express, Inc. will not be liable for loose parts, protruding accessories.  any part of the freight that falls off due to improper containment up to and included damage done to other vehicles.  
  12. Fuller Express, Inc. is responsible for in transit damage only.
